Who should attend our next Loan Modification Processing Training Class?

Fred Solomon has a weekly radio talk show on AM 830 every Saturday from 12p-1p. He has one simple philosophy talk about what you know & know what you talk about & oh yeah, always be honest! It is a pretty simple philosophy that some people have trouble with. We are here to help you understand what you need to know in order to get your loan modification approved.

So who should attend this class?

The answer is anyone who wants to know if they qualify for a loan modification or not. The answer is anyone who wants to know how much we can reduce their monthly payment by. And who else should come? Any loan officer who has a real estate license who wants to know how to get loan modifications approved correctly realizing there is a lot to know (i.e. bankruptcy laws, foreclosure laws, deficiency judgments, 1099-c's, forgiveness of debt, & lien releases on short sales). Any advice you give a client can potentially have some tax consequences and legal ramifications if you give out the wrong advice. You must tell your clients to talk to a CPA or Real Estate Tax Attorney. Who else should come? Definitely, Listing Agents! Because most of them do not understand 1099c's on short sales or if the bank doesn't issue a 1099c, then they need to understand about deficiency judgments if the lender decides to do a lien release and not send you a 1099c at the end of the year. There is a lot to know. Do you realize that these lenders sell this paper to industry vultures and these vultures can come after you up to 10 years to collect on this deficiency judgment? Who else should come? Any Attorney who wants to know how to get loan modifications approved. Who else should come? Financial Planners who want to help their clients thru tough times & who wants to know how to get loan modifications approved.

I discuss the potential tax consequences of each call & do it in detail. We are videotaping this "live" event.
